Bought a jacket and zip started to break with a few days emailed and called the shop with pictures and proof of purchase advised me they would repair or send it back to manufacturer! Refused replacement or refund The clothes are beautiful and are priced accordingly so when you buy a premium product you expect a premium service however this is not case in this place So be cautious when you buy, if you have bought a faulty product you will not be getting any form of customer serviceAvoid avoid avoid
Opened the door of the shop with my wife and my 5 year old son set one foot on the door and this English woman shouted at us because my son had a bottle of fanta orange in his hand ... you can't bring this child in here with this drink he has to stay outside... well who in their right mind would leave a 5 year old outside. .she could've said it in a nicer way or asked us to hold it for him... we came all the way from Holland because my niece just had her 1st child and we were going to spend a lot of money in this shop as this is our first great grand niece anyway we went across the road to another shop called PACHUCO and the service was fantastic made so welcome by the staff.
