Truly terrible service. We waited 2.months to register with them. Got the times mixed up by 15 minutes and was told as a result we wouldn't be able to apply to register with them again for a year. Now left without a doctor over Christmas with our 2 kids.
I work 12 hours a day and the late night appointments made it easy for me to see my doctor when I needed. Now that I need to see him I am being told they have stopped doing the late appointments. this is not helping the working people at all when I asked how can I see a doctor now the receptionists reply was simply "I dont know" . not a helpful practice I will now need to go to out of hours and see a doctor I have never seen now.
Dr eckersall very good gp when I came in with chest infection received good treatment practice staff were nice also couldn't do enough
Go down to the surgery for 0830 hours and guaranteed an appointment that day every time. It's very difficult to get through on the phone at that time of the morning as the lines are usually jammed. My usual doctor is excellent and I always find the staff very helpful and friendly.
Moved into the Motherwell area and this doctors was recommended. My Wife is 5 months pregnant so she might need to see a doctor more than I do but was told I would have to wait 2 months just to register. Very poor
