Great place to walk and loads to do for the children. there is a play park and there are paddle boats on the lake. Let the young ones enjoy the freedom. M&D is also there with amusements, rides and bowling
Lot of free parking nearby, its a beautiful big walk. Not many places to sit down though, so if you are someone who needs sit down breaks as you walk around keep this in mind. The park could also benefit by public toilets, unless i totally missed it.On the whole its absolutely beautiful
Beautiful place to walk alongside the lake. Plenty of parking and a place to have a coffee a sit and read as you watch the world and wildlife to by. Good food the family. Nice that they have a number of places to sit every few hundred metres. This is helpful for the older ones who need to take things a little easier.
Went for a New Year's day walk. Its been a while since I've walked in the park. There are bits that need attention but that's austerity for you. We had a great walk and the place was busy with people doing the same thing.
A really nice place to spend a nice time with your family. Playgrounds, water attractions, walking routes, cycling are just a few suggestions for spending free time with the lovers and with family, barbecue areas, beaches with sand, around lakes, trees, bushes and meadows where you can spend time at a picnic. I recommend everyone to spend as much time outside as possible.
