Would highly recommend Upload Abode. My husband and I both bought a house and sold our house through Upload Abode. Paul came out to our home and he made the whole process so simple, our house was on the market in a number of weeks and there was a fixed fee no nonsense that you get with other estate agents out there. The photos that were taken really showed off our house to the best standards & our house was sold within 2 days of being put on the market for more than the asking price but thanks to Paul and the rest at Upload abode they made this possible. Paul and his team are so professional and helpful and theres no hard sale antics from them. Any questions we had were answered straight away. I am so happy to see that Upload Abode are becoming more established/well known. Paul & his team even send out a xmas card every year which is a nice personal touch. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to sell their house.

Fab family run company. Professional and on hand day and night to offer advice and assistance which is an added personal touch you wouldnt get elsewhere. The virtual tour and the use of whats app to communicate put them ahead of the game compared to other agents we looked at. They use a fixed selling fee so no hidden costs and allows to you to budget for your move. Our property sold within 3 weeks over the asking price and we couldnt have been happier.
Upload Abode sold our house in a weekend! House went live on their website and rightmove on the Friday and on the following Monday morning we had offers! Paul Costello and his team are fabulous; I have to mention the photographer here who took some wonderful shots of our home. Upload Abode take a one-off fee but dont disappear once its paid - on the contrary, they are always available to assist seller and buyers alike. We cannot praise them highly enough, and were spreading the word.
