First time visiting after a first time overwhelming experience with my Bearded Dragon who is 14 months old. Long story, but after her trying to go in to burmation too early it was difficult to keep her out of it and discouraging her (especially as we both work full time).My partner and I both knew we needed a Feacal before she could even contemplate going to sleep. Doing a good 2-3 months with no eating or hardly any basking.When she eventually came back to normal and ate, followed by a sample for us to collect we sent it away online.Results weren't great (so we thought). Rushed round central belt to get knock back after knock back. I understand reptile vets are highly sought after so I couldn't really complain.Came across The Ark Vet, based in Coatbridge with a practice in Holytown they are the ideal location (both practices). Understanding urgent needs, they have, 'Open Clinics' on certain days and certain times...and this includes Madonna (reptile specialist). I was able to use Flexi time with work, walk it at 8.30am with a que of already 4 I front and still register and get seen. Attention and love to my beardie was next to none and she made me feel so welcome also. I asked about nail trimming and booking an appointment as it was so busy... She done it there and then free of charge!Will not go anywhere else from now on, so far best vet experience ever!
