Men to buy a Car some time ago. Get a test drive and went for a petrol station as tank was already empty. Adviser went to fill it and we went for another part of test drive. While driving start notice the engine did not work correctly. After the test drive they told me they gone check the car. Next day call me that car is ready and one of engine cover have been lose. When back to test it and actually there was no notice at all. But I was quite sure that wanes a cover as while driving to petrol station was fine. So we went to station and I request to check a camera what did he fell and... He put PETROL in to DIESEL and try to hide that fact and sold me that car under any circumstances. Unprofessional, try to hide their flat. Office manager absolutely rude, i ask him what he can offer and he just hand up the phone. BE WISE WHEN YOU WANT TO BY A CAR AS COULD BE FAULTY and probably put a blame on YOU!

Had to return car for a minor paint blemish repair which was brought. To my attention when I purchased the car but had not been completed when I picked up car. nearly 3 months later l noticed it not a problem phoned the showroom where I was passed on to a young manager named Jamie very pleasent and efficient who asked to. Bring the car the next to get the job done the service I received was excellent so thanks to Jamie again he was a pleasure to deal with.great service
Great place to go and do a deal on a used car, do remember to research the value of your trade in, they will generally give you close to what it is worth.Be honest with the deal you are expecting to do and they will try to work with you but don't expect too much for your trade in, be realistic!Having had a bad experience with the group in Edinburgh I found the Motherwell branch a breath of fresh air. Well done.
