Bought my car new from here, poor after sales service. Took the car back a few months old with electric windows that take 40+ pulls of the switch to get back up they couldn't find the fault and told me to bring it back when it got worse. Had to go via Renault customer services where the car was booked in at a local Arnold Clark, diagnosed within 30 minutes and replacement part fitted 2 days later.Parks spent more time trying to prove there was nothing wrong with my car than actually listening to the customer who lives with it every day, and offered it to them for as long as needed to diagnose it. A Poor customer service culture here, loads more details on the official Renault Sport forum as to this dealers poor standards.
Great service, friendly, helpful staff
Went to their parts department for a few items.Stood waiting for 10 minutes.A young boy who was on his mobile saw us but sadly walked away.Another lady saw us but she was busy eating so didn't bother with me either.Gave up and ordered the parts i needed online.Was only a few hundred quid worth of parts but surely someone should be remotely interested in dealing with a customer.
Good enough on the day, just a pity they caused my problem by not completing the service carried out last week. This caused me a return journey and might have left me without a car over the holiday
My car had a red warning light on a Saturday afternoon but the service area was shut until Monday morning. So I left my car and key with one of the sales reps on Sunday afternoon due to me starting work early on Monday. Without any prompting needed I was called first thing Monday morning from a lovely gentleman Steven to put my mind at ease that they would look at my car and keep me updated what the problem was. True to his word he did and carried out the work the same day for a reasonable price. I was even escorted to my car to ensure I was happy with it and my car and had been valeted too. That's what I call service, keep up the good work. I will definitely be back.
