Makeover not complete so only 3. New rooms are great, kitchen area too. Staff very helpful.
Ground floor rooms are a total a discrace ! We had to moved from our original room ( by request!) as it was so shabby & dusty etc . The second room wasn't much better but was all that was available . The broken shower hose & shower curtain was just the start of the issues . The staff were extremely helpful & pleasant on the only plus side of things .
Love staying here, beautiful rooms, being refurbed at the moment but no major disruption. Staff friendly & helpful. Good choice at breakfast and late check out.x
Reception staff are brilliant, a gentleman called Duncan who was working Management, Reception, Serving on the bar and Technician is a credit to the company! My only real issue is, on Google it is advertised to have a Pool, Hot tub and Gym which really pushed me to booking. On arrival, I asked about to facilities and they said they do not have them, Very disappointed. However, Duncan dealt with my issues accordingly and professionally. Can't really complain with that kind of customer service.
Spotless. Room was warm and good bed/pillow. Great breakfast and helpful, polite staff.only downside, poor water pressure in the shower although piping hot and very clean. Definitely stay again.
